01 HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

 

Typically we ship flat rate, priority. We offer complimentary standard shipping for orders over $180 to addresses in the USA.  For international shipping, please see No.05.

 

02 I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL, DID MY ORDER GO THROUGH?

 

In some instances order confirmations can be delayed, and often end up being marked as email spam. As long as you received an order number as part of your checkout, then your order has gone through. Make sure to save your order number for your records.

 

03 I DIDN'T RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER, WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT IT?

 

You should receive a shipping confirmation email within 3-5 days of your purchase, this can be longer during times of extreme volume. If you don't have it, it's possible that it got sent to your spam folder. Domestic and International emails will come from Info@Greenslate-Studio.com

 

04 MY SHIPPED PACKAGE DIDN'T CONTAIN ALL OF THE ITEMS THAT I ORDERED. WHERE IS THE REST?

 

All orders are fulfilled from Greenslate Studio, Although due to the size and quantity of your order, you may receive two separate packages with two different tracking numbers.

 

05 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

 

Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries, mostly in the Northern Hemisphere but there are a lucky few that we can service down in the Southern Hemisphere.

 

06 HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

 

From the time of ordering, we typically get the order or out same or next day. But, please allow up to 7 business days for processing, packing and delivery (US orders only). Most likely you will receive your order within 5 days of purchase. We only ship Monday - Friday, so if you place an order over the weekend, we'll get it out first thing Monday morning.


When placing international orders you should expect to receive the goods up to 14 business days and can be longer depending on your location.
*The delivery times provided by us are estimates only. We will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.

 

07 I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, CAN I CANCEL IT?

 

If for some reason you placed an order and need to cancel it - No worries, simply email us and we will take care of the cancellation. Please note, we cannot always accommodate this request due to order volume and fulfillment timing.

 

08 I MADE TWO ORDERS TODAY. CAN YOU COMBINE THEM INTO ONE AND REFUND THE BALANCE?

 

Email us, we may be able to accommodate your request. This depends on order volume, in times of high volume we may not be able to combine orders.

 

09 WHY ISN'T MY ORDER SHOWING UP ON THE TRACKING PAGE?

 

Orders that haven't been shipped or scanned by the carrier won't show up on the tracking page. Please allow 3-5 business days for this information to appear. TRACKING IS TELLING ME MY LABEL HAS BEEN CREATED, BUT IT'S NOT TELLING ME WHERE IT IS? WHY IS THIS? This means one of two things: It is being processed currently or the carrier missed the initial scan when they picked up your order. Tracking will be updated as soon as they scan the shipment.

 

10 CAN I CHANGE THE ADDRESS THAT MY ORDER IS SHIPPED TO? CAN I PICK IT UP AT A UPS STORE?

 

Unfortunately, Greenslate Studio only ships to the customer's billing address and cannot be rerouted to a local store. No exceptions. If you entered the wrong city, but your zip code is correct, the shipping carrier will auto-correct this.

 

11 DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY PARCEL?

 

The shipping carrier will generally leave your order at the front door or letterbox. If your parcel is lost or misplaced, we will happily replace the order pending an investigation.


If your parcel is stolen, we cannot be held accountable. Please Contact Us if your order has not been received within the recommended timeframe. If you will not be present to accept your delivery or you feel that your address is unsafe, we recommend shipping your order to an alternate address, such as your work place.
